Getting Started

This section hits the basics. The overview, quickly covers how to bill phone calls, the next 3 units cover adding a contact, creating a case and scheduling an appointment. Case Management

QuickBooks Interface

ProTempus allows you to optionally interface with Quickbooks. If you use this feature ProTempus will synchronize deposits into your trust account bank register and payments into your operations account bank register. This easy to use interface puts the Quick back into QuickBooks.

Fixing a slow
computer

There are three basic reasons your computer may be slow, The following videos will address each topic.

A fragmented disk can brink your computer to a crawl, especially if you have a fragmented page file. Fragmented drives are often misdiagnosed as a virus. It is easy to fix and does not require an IT expert. (6:36)

Keeping your client's data secure requires keeping your computer ports closed, maintaining an antivirus program on each computer and training your staff of the dangers and hidden traps in using emails.
