Getting Started with ProTempus

Once you decide to use ProTempus…

• Contact our Director of Sales

• He will schedule times to install ProTempus on your computers via remote access

• If you have a contact database in another program (such as Outlook, QuickBooks, TimeSlips, TimeMatters, TABS, etc.) we’ll do our best to import your data into ProTempus so that you start using ProTempus from Day One with your live customer database already installed. Sometimes we are limited in the ability to import data from another program by the other program itself, but so far we’ve been successful.

• After testing everything, we’ll train your entire staff

• You use ProTempus for FREE for the first 30 days after everyone has been through training (you’ll know within a week whether you like ProTempus or not)

• After 30 days, you start paying the monthly service fee If you have decided that you would like to use ProTempus in your office, please contact Greg Arnett, our Director of Sales, to discuss how to proceed.
